edmund doesn't know very much about enchantments, but he learns. tumnus at first shies away from the enchantments, but "narnia asks it of you" edmund says, his voice firm, and tumnus teaches him the ways he knows, music enchantments and those that affect wood. there is a secret door behind lucy's bookshelves; the enchantment there weaves cobwebs across the door and across one's eyes. when lucy finds out she is very angry (she is not so comfortable with spiders).

lucy and her angry stabbings are in stasis, but i hope to pick her up again shortly, now semester is finished. though i should tackle yuletide first, and finish making presents. and so on.
