When people do write Sam/Dean post that episode, do they just ignore it? Handwave it away?

BECAUSE SHIPPING IS ALSO SRS BSNS OKAY AND ANY FAN WHO IS A MULTISHIPPER IS DOING IT WRONG DUUUUH. LOL it's like in Merlin, and the idea of shipping A/G, L/G, A/Mo, A/Me, Me/G, and/or Mo/G is INCONCEIVABLE. ONE TRUE PAIRING TO RULE THEM ALL.
