You saw part of Vol. 2. Honestly, I liked Vol. 1 a bit better, though no Tarantino film is ever shitty per se. XD Plus, he writes awesome female characters. Gangs of New York, I scarcely have words. There's almost an AU feel to it, until you realize that it only feels like an AU because other depictions of the period have whitewashed it. Also, I'm such a sucker for stories about the immigrant experience, and also about worthy enemies.
