Though I actually do have an AU WIP in which Nimueh and Will are good friends in college. I've shown you snippets from this one, I think!
Yeah, it'll probably take forever for Merlin to actually die, especially if we take the whole reincarnation fanon as set. Is Merlin immortal? I like to think that once he does get to the afterlife, he'll be de-aged to the prime of his life, like Will's dad was, and they can throw all the apples they want at everyone.
If I had more time, I would've written more of Igraine I think, and more of what it's like being dead. As it was, I was taking more time than I thought already, so, y'know. Maybe next time!
