This was absolutely glorious and breathtaking. I love this morally...lost, maybe? Edmund and the way he and Susan relate to one another. The idea of him carrying Jadis and the way the storytelling works as both a set-up for the piece and a study of the characters is just, wow. The little mentions of Lucy and Peter are spot-on and Calormen really came alive in a way that I never felt reading Horse and his Boy. And Susan! I love, love, love the way you wrote Susan.
