omg! I totally forgot about the whole 'Arthur thinks Will is magic' thing. That will lead to some serious hijinks where Arthur protects the wrong person whenever Uther gets suspicious, and maybe Will will sometimes say things to Arthur like, "If you keep on doing that, I'll turn you into a toad." And Merlin sees that Arthur doesn't mind Will being a sorcerer, and is jealous and a little resentful?
