Hahaaaa I totally thought of you when I wrote that bit. <3

Becky gets a bad wrap, man. I mean, I can understand where a lot of people are coming from with their dislike of Becky, but her being a tool is precisely what endears her to me. I think that underneath her crazy is a lot of ambition and drive. She gets things done! Look at her delivering messages to the Winchesters, and also making a CUNNING PLAN to drag the brothers over to her weird convention. I think if there was a show wherein Becky was the protagonist, she would be the resourceful intrepid go-getter, whose primary flaw is Caring Too Much.

Jesus Christ Superstar II: The Second Coming.
AHAHAHAHA. Is it the apocalypse or is it porn? (A far more common question than one would think?!)

Cas's understanding that he's truly alone, that he's been made to worship something that no longer exists, and that he's transferred that adoration to Dean.
I need to write like a separate fic or maybe some meta about this, about how Castiel loves. Sure, I ship Dean/Castiel pretty hard, but I think Castiel is more about devotion than he is about love, or at least love the way humans get it. Devotion and obedience so tangled up in that love. (ha, maybe that's why he and dean go together so well. there is also fic that needs to happen comparing dean and cas's daddy issues.) But no, I'm not sure if that's what I want to say. It's like, Castiel just needs to love and be faithful and devoted, and it's not that Cas loves Dean per se, more like Dean now fills the empty space where his Father used to be, where his Family was. Sure, it can develop into something more, but I think it begins... as transference?

There's something rather young and coltish about it, Cas learning how to care about people who aren't his family, and I think that's why sometimes Dean&Cas gets so messy and runs so deep. It's first love, whether one chooses to interpret it as eros or philia, and first loves leave scars.

Thanks so much, dude. :)
