"If you want another apocalypse, you're picking the right way to go about it," Jesse breathes, and Castiel blinks slowly.
"You don't have-," he says, almost uncertainly, and Jesse smiles, feral.
"You know nothing about my power," he says. It's all a huge, gigantic bluff, but Castiel can't know for certain. Jesse has always been the uncertainty, the bishop sliding slant-ways across the board with all his own plans.
"Five minutes," Dean says quietly. "Castiel needs to speak to me."
"He can do it through me," Jesse says.
"Jesse," Dean says. "He saved her life. Let him have five minutes of it."
