This is why I actually wanted to see Dean being a father! Because like seriously HOW DOES HE DO IT. I wanted a longer episode where we see how they have settled into their family life.

YES NO THEY NEED TO JUST BE TOGETHER ALL THE TIME, KICKING ASS AND TAKING NAMES AND HAVING SLEEPOVERS WITH THE TORTOISE WALKING AROUND. And omfg, a normal ME would be so awesome. NCIS has a friendly talkative old Scottish one and a geeky one, but they are not like the main characters.

I think I'm in the minority that love it when Sam and Dean are at odds? Well, more than usual. I love it when they hurt each other and hurt for each other. Gimme Dean in Stanford era, y'know? Gimme Sam dreamwalking in Dean's head post-5x22.

Yeah I would be interested in seeing the landscape of Dean's fathering instincts, I mean, considering the father figures he's had in the past. The curiosity might be a morbid one. Like, how hard does he fight to be good?

I actually really like it when they're at odds and alone. Dean pre-series, Sam the first time he meets Meg and in S3-4...love it. But I think a lot of times when they're together it feels like the show isn't doing anything new, and that bugs me.
