I'm not sure I am, but I'm okay with that, I guess. I just sit back and wait for him to entertain me. Inevitably he does! I'm talking to Smilla about Sam in her post, and she brings up a good point in that Sam's sociopathy is actually revealing a lot of stuff about him, in that he no longer sees the need for subterfuge. Well, he still lies, yeah, but he lies for himself, and no longer for the sake of other people. If like Sam says he's still the same guy with the same noggin who still thinks of Susie Eisman, then, well, maybe this is the only thing that changed? The only thing, but it has a lot of repercussions.

OHHHHH I AM LOVING IT. SPN has always been gimmicky and stuffed full of tropes anyway. I for one am thrilled to see them embrace it so much. GO BIG OR GO HOME. I can see why people feel like the writers just went, "Fuck it!" because in a way I feel like they did too, but my only reaction to it is glee. And now look at all the things they giving us on silver platters. It feels like mutual shout-outs, kinda. XD
