I'm a lot of a Dean/Cas girl too, but I end up not writing many explicitly Dean/Cas fics because I have ~too many feelings~ about their relationship that it's difficult for me to write about it coherently and directly. Instead, D/C-ness just ends up leaking sneakily into my gen and non-D/C fics.
