That's the thing: it has NOTHING to do with Psych! It was a character's last name in a short story I had to read in middle school, and I thought it was cool and unique enough. It was only after that Psych came along and also thought it was cool. WELL EFF YOU, PSYCH.

I can't help but be a little gleeful for a moment when I see fics labeled Shawn/Lassiter though. SHAWN/ME YES PLEASE XD. And then a little D: for a moment when I misread "anti-lassiter fics" as "anti-lassiterfics".
