I just finished the Sanctuary episode where Will (or Hank?) refers to the Sanctuary team as a dysfunctional family. HAHAHA. AHAHAHAHAHA. AHAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHA. That's cute, Hank (or Will). Real cute! SO CUTE. Oh Sanctuary team, we'll talk about familial dysfunction when one of you destroys timelines, tries to overthrow a kingdom, starts civil wars, and/or sells your soul to a demon because a family member is dead. I'M AFRAID YOU ARE SPARKLY AND FULL OF RAINBOWS, AND YOU'LL JUST HAVE TO DEAL WITH THAT.

- I may have started watching this show because I was stalking Christopher Heyerdahl through his roles, but I don't miss him when he's off-screen, and when he's on-screen, I am riveted, especially when he's being John Druitt because I HAVE JOHN/HELEN FEELINGS. Heyerdahl does creepy and not-quite-human so well.

- omg the way it passes Bechdel. FLYING COLORS. The episode where they go to Hollow Earth, and then it's Helen, Ranna, and Fallon talking science to save the world and shit. idk, I'm just appreciative of how this show does ladies! Helen! Kate! Helen and Ashley's relationship wasn't even angsty! It's what John and Dean thought John and Dean were but are so so not! Remember the Sanctuary head who wore a headscarf and it wasn't no thang, and she and Helen talked science and saved the world? Yay, is what I'm saying.

- I wish they'd do up the monster identity angst more! It's there, but I wish they'd go the extra mile. WHAT MAKES A MONSTER, WHAT MAKES A MAN, like in the early seasons where that folding man went on that rant, and Hank and his lycantrophy, and of course the Heyerdahl roles. But... maybe the point is that you don't have to angst about ~what you are~ and ~what you do~? Which is nice for them, I guess. My story kinks though :(. I mean, Hollow Earth is fancy and all, but now that I think of it, a storyline that resonates with the issues the abnormals struggle with would be so niiiiiice. Haha, maybe these characters are not isolated enough from each other to have angst. BE MOAR SECRETIVE AND EMOTIONALLY STUNTED, SANCTUARY TEAM!! XD

- HANK IS A RED SOX FAN <333333333

- 'Hangover' was such a well-constructed episode, what with the going backwards and piecing everything together. What I didn't expect to be satisfied by was how they didn't manage to fool the inspector. I'm constantly surprised by how this show lets everyone be smart and competent. The inspector was so clearly uncomfortable and sure that something happened that I'd have felt bad if she didn't call them out on their bullshit, and I respect that the story let her be good at her job. I mean, in the end, Helen still smiled that friendly shark-teeth smile and got the inspector on their side, but at least it was being done on a position of honesty. Just... great episode, all around. Shows not undermining their characters? WHAT IS THIS SORCERY?!

- I think 'Metamorphosis' would have been improved if they never showed us what Will was turning into and it was just all implied through everyone's reactions to him.

- The premise of 'Wingman' was interesting enough that I was disappointed it turned out to be the clip show. REALLY SAD THAT HANK AND HIS GIRLFRIEND BROKE UP. I mean, I know it's for the best. BUT STILL. FEELINGS.

- I'm a tell you what I told tumblr: I want the SPN/Sanctuary crossover where Kate Freelander and Bela Talbot have awesome thieving adventures with/against each other and sometimes they roll naked in money. Say Helen sent Kate on a mission to capture some creature, but Bela is also after it because its teeth are a valued component in protective amulets, and when they meet they are like, “No, I’m stealing this.” They keep running into each other on various missions/cons like, “YOU AGAIN!” but eventually there is some grudging mutual admiration. AND THEN ATTRACTION. And then trying to shake each other down for information and profit, but getting sidetracked by sexytimes and sometimes Kate wakes up in an empty bed of some penthouse suite with a hangover, a lipstick kiss on a hefty hotel bill, and her bag of hydra scales gone.

- HNNNNGH ROBIN DUNNE jfdlkjafksd i want one

- This bullet point is gonna be spoilery for episodes beyond 3x15. Spoiler! Spoilery spoilery. Specifically about Will and Helen's relationship? Spoiler spoilery spoiler spoiler! SO YEAH HERE WE GO: I hear that Will and Helen's relationship is gonna get rocky in season 4? Is it wrong for me to be kinda really excited about this? YES, LET'S SEE THEIR FEELINGS, GIMME THEIR TEARS, yesssssss. I maybe kinda ship Will/Helen, not really in a shippy way (LOL, then why did I use the word ship? IDK), but in a Charlie/Olivia way, maybe? Deep abiding loyalty and sturdy feelings. Like, I loooove those two episodes where they were stuck in the ocean and yelling at each other feelingly. My point being: BRING ON THE SADS.
