There is a list here but I'm not sure how updated it is.

The Singapore Red Cross has started a drive, but spread out because of several concurrent natural disasters in SEA:

Cash donations can be made at the Red Cross House at 15 Penang Lane Singapore 238486 on weekdays from 9.30am to 5.30pm. Cheques can be made to the ‘Singapore Red Cross Society’ and mailed to the above address. Donors are requested to indicate ‘South East Asia Tropical Storm Appeal’ on the back of the cheque.


Caritas Internationalis allows you to choose where you want your donations to go, and has an option for the earthquake and related disasters in Indonesia.

Muslim Hands also has an appeal for the recent disasters. You can specify the cause for your donation here.

Mercy Relief has been working in the region for a long time. I couldn't find a spot to contribute directly to the earthquake, volcano and/or tsunami response, but there might be a way of specifying it?
