Oh, and I love that it's Sam/Dean AND Sam&Dean, if that makes sense. A lot of Wincest fics end up putting their relationship as lovers first while discarding the original relationship - and I'm not talking about them being brothers, but them just being so obsessed/codependent on each other. But you put their desperate need for each other first and made the sexual relationship happen so easily.
