I cannot understand protagonists. If there was a creepy voice calling to me in my dreams and waking hours, I def would not be chasing it down into the scary underbelly of the city, nor would I be distracting guards with magic in a city where magic gets you KILLED. MERLIN. YOU ARE DUMB. Good thing the guards are too.

Hmm, Guinevere, I'd chill with her, but dunno how I feel about her as a story character. She's cute. I'll have to wait and see.

In other news. I was volunteering backstage at the multicultural dance show when one of the names on the performers list caught my eye: Nazgul. It is a girl's name. I wonder what she thinks of LOTR? If people ever go up to her and say silly Tolkien-related things. She's probably heard them all. Like, say I start reading a story and it's like, "Lassiters are a race of greedy undead that have gained a reputation of being evil incarnate." That would be awesomely loltastic. I wonder if someone somewhere was already named Inferi before Harry Potter came out, and now they're like, "DAMMIT, ROWLING!"
