Oh gosh, it was EVERYONE. The absolutely ridiculous Shawn&Gus banter, and Lassie being smug. AND THE OCCASIONALLY CRACKY CREDITS. I get the feeling Lassie thinks he is in a different TV show. He totally thinks his life is Law & Order instead of, y'know, Psych.
IT ALSO HAS EMILY BLUNT. IT IS CALLED "WILD TARGET" and it's based on the French film Cible Emouvante.
