Cas is a warrior of god, yo! Cas may not be wild, but he is disciplined and efficient, which is an advantage when going monster-slaying. I imagine hunter human Cas is the silent and deadly type. I subscribe to him being a tactician. He kicks ass and takes names for the side of (perceived) good, like remember 5.01? I do wonder who is the more ruthless though, whether it's Cas or Anna. Like... if Edmund and Susan were hunters, they might be Cas and Anna.

re: croatpocalypse. [livejournal.com profile] haruslex's 2014!Sam fic makes me want a retelling of the temptations of Christ, except Christ is Sam, and the desert is the future. Sure, it's also parallel to Dean's 2014 story, but Lucifer's tactics to make Sam say yes are different, like whereas Zachariah shows Dean what would happen if Dean says no, maybe Lucifer ALSO shows Sam the good things that'd happen if he says yes. I'm not sure how to Supernaturalize the Temptations #2 and 3 quite.

1st temptation: Sam runs into demon!Bobby and opts to stab him instead of using his powers. (Turn these stones to bread, Jesus! Resisting using one's own power for the wrong ends.)
2nd temptation: Resisting abusing others' faith/trust in you, or an exersice in humbleness: if Jesus throws himself off the pinnacle to escape the tower, will angels really catch him? Not sure how exactly to Supernaturalize this. Somehow Cas-related probably, but in a world where angels win, would the angels even let Cas live after all his transgressions?
3rd temptation: Lucifer shows Sam the good things that'd happen if Sam says yes. Or maybe Michael!Dean does?
