No, you see, I mean, yes, Castiel will die, but then he'll come back in the body of a woman and Dean will fall HARD, or rather, realize that he'd already fallen hard and just hadn't had the guts to consummate anything, a situation that will be rectified "right quick", as the British say, after what seems to Dean like a hellishly long internal freakout but is approximately 0.03 seconds in real life. Also, Castiel!boobs are awesome, and will quickly replace Coors as Dean's favorite drug of choice. And then something will happen to put Castiel back in his original male body, and Dean will have ANOTHER hellishly long internal freakout about THE GAY and things will be AWKWAAAAAAARD for the entirety of season 7 and Sam will be, like, "you idiots," and Bobby will pretend not to notice anything (except for dispensing incredibly vague and roundabout advice tangentially related to his hot Satanic boyfriend), and by the end of season 7 the sexual tension between Dean and Castiel would have ratcheted to unbelievable levels equivalent to rainbow-colored radiation leaks, and Dean/Cas will finally be consummated in the form of feral, angsty, redeeming mansex and the heavens will shower the lands with, uh, milk. And, uh. Honey. Castiel might just be responsible for the milk. There will be a lot of it.
