Thought I would drop by to say that I first found out about The Boondock Saints while I was lurking around your LJ (in a totally non-sinister 'lead-me-to-the-slashy-hotness' kind of way). I'd never seen the film and usually I will not touch slash until I've touched base with canon but the BDS fic was so appealing, I made do with checking out the movie website to get a handle on character IDs and then dove in. Well, I finally got to see the movie last night. Oh yeah. Still coming to grips with the fact that the 'iron' scene is the hottest thing I've seen in a long time. Ahem. Anyway, thanks for (unknowingly) leading me there. :-)
