I mean, if we look at clues within the narrative as to who will die and stay dead, it could be anyone at this point. But if we go to doylist reasons, I can totally see Misha wanting to leave the show because of his kid or because he wants to focus on his charity or something. Hmm, we might get Cas in a different vessel! I would be excited for that. Balthazar can die because fans care the least about him, out of the three. (Outside of these three, who else can it be?)

I will miss Misha so much if he leaves SPN it wouldn't even be funny, but, I'll admit I will probably still keep watching the show as long as Jared and Jensen are in it. Well, for at least another season. My attention flagged midway through season three and then Misha perked me up, so I reckon I could probably last through a season seven, but without Misha (or if either of Jared or Jensen leave), that's probably all I could last. :'(
