Hoooly angelic chests. I watched that scene so many times. My vote is Cas cut it into himself. Angel's gonna go commit bamf suicide, he's gonna make sure he's done things right, and that means doing it himself.

THIS DEF GOES UP IN THE TOP 5 SPN EPISODES EVERRRRR. The other 4 would be 5x04, 4x18, 4x16, AND OH SHIT I ACTUALLY CANNOT DECIDE. But 5x18 is definitely up there.

Yeah but what if he can't do it right because of the angle. I dunno, I can see any of them doing it actually. I guess there's a reason the show left that open-ended.
