Hey, remember Captain Planet and the Planeteers? OH MAN. It is definitely going on my 'fandoms to request if I ever join Yuletide' list, which already includes Johnny Maxwell and The Godfather. I was going through YouTube clips from the show in a fit of nostalgia, and I would like to share with you the most cracktastic findings:

Okay, enough with cracktastic, let's go to PURE AWESOME. "High Note" is a Chuck Jones cartoon from the 1960s about... music notes. If you have even a cursory knowledge of music theory, check it out as it will BLOW YOUR MIND with adorkable.

The "Susan returns to Aslan's Country" fic of a thousand cuddles and long walks on the beach is at 1000-ish words and will maybe be posted soon. There are also fics to post still for narniaexchange but we are being A BIT HAPHAZARD AND AWFUL ABOUT IT SORRY. :(

I started this fic some time ago partly out of a fit of "OMG NARNIA DESTROYS MY SOUL WITH ITS DESPAAAAIR D-: i must write something happy before i STAB SOMEONE". So. This is not the Aslan's Country of Where No Carnation Fades or Hereafter.
