After a few months' break from fic-writing, I'm back with some croatverse. idk, croatverse just makes me feel happy, like a security blanket made of pain, though there's somehow less of that this time around.

Oh hey, remember that jossed Cas/Meg amnesiac!priest AU fic I wrote a few months ago? I wrote a little coda to it, because Cally said, "Being told he is not alone by someone whose face forever eludes him... but he isn’t alone, is he? He’s got Meg. Meanwhile Meg finds herself missing the Castiel that would smite her as soon as look at her. At least that Castiel she knew what to do with. She’s not supposed to owe him anything, but he’s not supposed to look at her like he trusts her."

In other news, it's Henriksen Week on tumblr and my computer with the Photoshop is gone so I am sulking as I get over a stomach virus, and also here's a Victor at Camp Chitaqua thing that Emily and I co-wrote one time and one of us should continue.

All my explicitly shippy Cas fic is croatverse fic. Well, except that one cracky Sassy AU. But. Cracky Sassy AU. So. Anyway, here is some croatverse fic, pre-croatsplosion. It's also my fic for the sassy_otp exchange. My recipient is elanorofcastile and I went with her third prompt, which was "Don't Follow" by Alice in Chains. It also includes the following things from her list of likes: touching/space invasion, languages, angst, drug usage, old magic, mythology, and kissing.

The summary is basically, "Cas does intense things to Sam's body and Sam's totally into it." Here's Cas. There's no time for haircuts during the croatpocalypse, seems like.

Is sharp_teeth still live? I'm still getting replies to my prompts even last week, and it's like Halloween for Christmas on Thanksgiving. Here are a few sharp-teeth recs. A few years ago, someone made a Supernatural fanart that I think was also a Boondocks fusion, wherein an aged-up Huey and Riley Freeman were hunters. I hear that the comments contain interesting discussion about how life would be different for Sam and Dean if they were black. I have tried looking EVERYWHERE for this, but alas, I cannot find this fanart. Do any of you have a link? ETA: Found! Thanks, nextian. No discussion in the comments though :( . I guess that happened in the referring post itself, wherever that is.
