iPod Nano: with video or without?

Guys, what do we think of the new iPod Nano with video, as compared to the old iPod Nano without?

I should get the video-capable iPod Nano because
- I can watch things on depressingly long trips. (What is the battery life like?)

I should get the iPod Nano without video because
- Cheaper.
- Instead of watching things, I would read books and write instead. (But if the trip is depressingly long, I may be too full of despair to.)
